Psalm 69:6

English Standard Version

6 Let not those who hope in you be put to shame through me, O Lord God of hosts; let not those who seek you be brought to dishonor through me, O God of Israel. (Ps 25:2) 

New International Version

6 Lord, the Lord Almighty, may those who hope in you not be disgraced because of me; God of Israel, may those who seek you not be put to shame because of me. 

New International Reader’s Version

6 Lord, you are the LORD who rules over all. May those who put their hope in you not be dishonoured because of me. You are the God of Israel. May those who worship you not be put to shame because of me. 

King James Version

6 Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord GOD of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel.
